hulk honey injectors are crafted from <01> and either an albino ape heart or a ogre ape heart.

The “you cannot feel pain” effect functions identically to the Analgesia defect, preventing the player from seeing their exact hitpoints.

Overdosing

When overdosing with hulk honey injectors, the player character will be inflicted with an angry version of confusion. It is functionally the same as a normal level 1 confused with -1 DV and -1 MA. Further overdosing with hulk honey will increase the confusion level by 1.
