Dyvvrach is one of the chimes of Chavvah. In addition to playing the part of mayor, they are the primary questgiver for If, Then, Else, which can be used to power the golem. They are found one strata up on the tree on some branches in the south east, between two Painted columns. Like all members of the Chavvah faction they are part of a larger hivemind. In addition all reputation gained or lost by engaging with water rituals or killing them is only 25% of what it normally is.
