Glazed

Glazed is a power of some relic and extradimensional melee weapons that can dismember with a chance based off of the weapon's tier. The possible range of dismemberment chances is 10-26%. The weapon does not need to penetrate in order to dismember.

Glazed weapons are not affected by the Decapitate skill. Instead, there's a 0.2% chance each hit that head(s) will be considered eligible to dismember -- even then, another limb may be randomly chosen.
