An Eaters' nectar injector is a tonic which, when applied, gives a permanent attribute-increasing effect. (For Mutants, it may instead give a single mutation point). It will also reseed the mutation pool for the next time a mutation is bought, as well as rerolling brain brine's random seed.
While the effect for True Kin is guaranteed, the result is chance-based for mutants. You have a 50% chance to increase a random attribute (equally weighted against one another), otherwise gaining one mutation point.[1]
Eaters' nectar injectors are crafted from <06> and an arsplice seed.
Eaters' nectar injectors can also be preserved into drops of nectar, which grant uncertain attribute-based effects when cooked.
Obtaining
Dynamically-spawned legendary Putus Templar and legendary Mechanimists are always guaranteed to have at least one Eaters' nectar injector in their inventory.[2] Unlike other injectors, they will not use them in combat.
