engine crabs can be found in the Star Orchid Temple, North Sheva and cannot be found on Qud. They are calm and so are unlikely to ever attack the player, but if the player engages with them they are unlikely to be a threat as they have weak defensive stats and their unarmed attack deals only 1d31-3 (Avg: 2) damage with low penetration.
