stun gas
The nickel-dew sticks to the air and arrests the transient molecules of migrant-matter.
Stun gas is a gas that applies the stunned by gas effect to creatures caught inside that are both capable of respiration and do not have a mental shield.
The effect is dependent on the density of the gas, reducing the quickness of creatures by 30% at 40 gas density and lower, 60% once above 40 gas density, and fully immobilizing them at 60 gas density and above.
Sources of Stun Gas
- billowing conch of the Aji
- stun gas grenades
- stillbeards and elder stillbeards
- The Stun Breath mutation from consuming a stillbeard gland or elder stillbeard gland or cooking with stillbeard gland paste or concentrated stillbeard gland paste
Notes
- Stun gas has not actually had any effect in game since mid-2020 or earlier. As of June 2022, there remain a number of unresolved bug reports calling out this issue.
