There are two classes of stun gas-breathing cooking effects that can be granted by the following ingredients:

Both effects only have one basic effect each. They cannot grant triggered effects.

Basic Effects

The following basic effects can be granted by this category of ingredients.

A basic effect is guaranteed when cooking with only one ingredient. Basic effects can also sometimes be obtained when cooking with two or more ingredients. For more information, refer to basic and triggered effects.

Can use Stun Breath at level 5. If you already have Stun Breath, it's enhanced by 5 levels.

Powerful Basic Effects

Can use Stun Breath at level 10. If you already have Stun Breath, it's enhanced by 10 levels.
