Energy cell and melee weapon rewards depend on the village's [[zone tier]]: cell tier will be within two tier of the village's, and the weapon will be one tier higher than the village's.  In both cases, the village's tier is considered to be no less than 2.  Other rewards do not depend on tier; notably, grenades are completely random and can always include anything up to a {{favilink|Hand-E-Nuke}}.

Village quests are procedurally generated quests. They can be initiated by speaking to a village quest-giver in a randomly-generated village. Most randomly-generated villages in the world include one village quest-giver. Starting villages typically include two village quest-givers.

Rewards

Energy cell and melee weapon rewards depend on the village's zone tier: cell tier will be within two tier of the village's, and the weapon will be one tier higher than the village's. In both cases, the village's tier is considered to be no less than 2. Other rewards do not depend on tier; notably, grenades are completely random and can always include anything up to a Hand-E-Nuke.
