A high-energy thermo cask is a piece of body armor that is primarily centered around manipulating temperature and dealing fire and freezing damage. It is a direct upgrade of the thermo cask, with its thermal abilities being twice as strong.

Outside of its thermal abilities and value, it is statistically identical to its weaker version.

Tips

A high-energy thermo cask has the best thermal resistances of any piece of body armor in the game, but it has very mediocre AV and DV for its high tier and cost.

Similar to its weaker version, the HETC is best used for characters that use a lot of fire or freezing attacks. If you merely want resistance to being on fire or freezing, the Wooly mod will usually suffice, and transkinetic cuffs will quickly thaw/extinguish you.
