leyline puppeteers are gloves which grant a Quickness bonus and Temporal Fugue. They also increase the player's psychic glimmer. They are powered by
neutron flux, which has a 1 in 50,000 chance to be consumed each turn.[1] As an alternative to flux, they can be made Jacked and powered with Electrical Generation. When Overloaded, the quickness bonus increases from 30 to 32.
