Psyberneticists are members of the Mechanimists faction. Five psyberneticists are always guaranteed to be found in the Temple of the Rock in Bethesda Susa.[1] Additional psyberneticists can be found as random encounters throughout most of
Bethesda Susa, including the surface and many of the lower levels.[2] Similar to most creatures, they also have a small chance to be found as random encounters throughout other parts of the world.
The psyberneticist will always have 3 random mental mutations of levels between 1 and 4.[3]
