Klanq is a unique fungal infection that is part of the Spread Klanq around Qud in 4 Ways of Your Choosing side quest. 
Pax Klanq infects the player with Klanq in exchange for agreeing to fabricate a climbing apparatus from 
Q Girl's design.
The player must use their Klanq infection to puff on particular randomly-selected objects in the world to complete the quest.
Like any other fungal infection, Klanq takes up a body slot and prevents the player from equipping items to that slot while they are infected. However, Pax Klanq allows the player to choose which body part will be infected.
