The moss-strewn antlers of some great elk appear to have grown from atop this ageless, leather helm.

Weapon Class: Short Blades (causes bleeding on critical hit)
On penetration, this weapon causes bleeding: 1 damage per round, save difficulty 29
A fork-horned helm is a unique helmet that also acts as a weapon similar to the Horns mutation when equipped. There are two items that share the name fork-horned helm. The first weighs 12 pounds and functions equivalently to a level 3 Horns mutation (1 bleeding damage on penetration with save difficulty 29). The second weighs only 5 pounds and functions equivalently to a level 4 Horns mutation (1d2 bleeding damage on penetration with save difficulty 32).
Obtaining
The fork-horned helm can be:
- Found as random loot in mid-tier or high-tier zones or occasionally equipped by random creatures.
- Obtained from some legendary Apes (the weaker, heavier version of the helm).[1]
- Obtained from goat herders in the Stiltgrounds (both versions of the helm).[2]
