grandfather horn
The hoary, bowing horn of a wizened mangoat, wind-etched and gilded with scarlet tassels.
The grandfather horn is a Cudgel weapon with a unique effect when wielded by goatfolk.
When wielded by a goatfolk, or more specifically any creature with the Cervine
tag, the creature has a 16% chance every turn to blow the grandfather horn so long as there is a hostile target within 10 tiles of them. Doing so attempts to inflict fear on every creature within a circular 10 tile radius for 2d4+13-9 (Avg: 6) rounds. Any creature possessing the Cervine
tag is immune to this effect.
After blowing the horn, the creature cannot do so again for at least 100-200 rounds.[1]
