The entire pasarang where this glowpad is contained will be covered in dense brinestalk, making them difficult to spot. The exact coordinates within the zone are randomized.After ending a conversation with them for the first time, the player's character will note the location of the oddly-hued glowpad in their journal, along with a steam achievement.

The oddly-hued glowpad is also water ritualable, but will only tell the location of themself as a secret. As a member of the Consortium of Phyta, it is possible to buy the oddly-hued glowpad's most valuable possession with reputation.
