Fear Aura
Hostile creatures that approach within 1 tile of a feral lah will be subject to the feral lah's fear aura. Despite not being a mutation itself, the lah's fear aura functions identically to the 
dreadroot's Fear Aura mutation, but has a 100% chance of activating instead of only a 25% chance.[1]
Lore
According to 
Agate Severance Star, a feral lah is the same plant as the dreadroot, though it is seen with "petals" because the creatures in the flower fields do not eat them off. However, in terms of mechanics, they are entirely unrelated.
