A glowcrow is a creature belonging to the birds faction. Glowcrows can be found in the flower fields and desert canyons.

Glowcrows are neutral to the player by default, but will become hostile if provoked. They attack in melee with their \peck, a natural short blade weapon that deals 1d31-3 (Avg: 2) damage.

Glowcrows, being birds, possess the Wings mutation at mutation level 10 and the Beak mutation. Wings will allow a glowcrow to fly while on the surface, which will prevent non-flying creatures from attacking it in melee. While flying, glowcrows will have to use their Swoop ability to melee attack grounded creatures. Beak will grant a glowcrow +1 Ego; however, the beak granted by the mutation will be covered by the glowcrow's \peck. Glowcrows also possess an additional mutation, Aura; however, it grants them no abilities or bonuses.
