Northern Well: JoppaWorld.16.22.1.1.10 |
Red qudzu vines take as their trellises chrome wells bored into the earth.
The Rust Wells are a collection of regions that share the same rusty desert canyon terrain. In the center zone of each parasang, there will be several wire strands lying on the ground, which are required for the completion of Weirdwire Conduit.. Eureka!. For a guide of this quest, see Weirdwire Conduit.. Eureka!/Guide.
Layout
Each Rust Wells uses the same generation: It will be one parasang, with the outer zones flat with nothing other than dogthorn trees and witchwood trees, with the occasional baboon and goat.
The center screen will have a mountain of shale with a stairs down hidden in an alcove inside. Underground, the screens are generated similar to Red Rock with small square rooms with one tile hallways connecting each one. Each rust well is 4 strata deep, with the last floor opening up and shares generation similar to the generic underground. Each strata's center zone, including the surface and 4 strata deep, contain at least 50' of wire strands. All other lengths have a 25% chance of spawning 1-4 of them.
Creatures
The spawn tables are very similar to that of the Desert Canyons and Red Rock. However, there are always qudzu and on the lower levels of the rust wells, rustaceans.
