An ornate wooden shaft with a leather-wrapped handle, topped with a glistening steel blade.
Strength Bonus Cap: 3
Weapon Class: Axe (cleaves armor on critical hit)
A low tier axe that is a good early upgrade from the 
bronze battle axe or 
iron battle axe.
This weapon does the same damage and has the same PV as a 
steel vinereaper, but has a lower trade value.
Steel weapons are frequently carried by 
novices of the sightless way, who can be found on the surface above 
Grit Gate and in the subterranean levels leading down to the enclave. They are also frequently carried by snapjaws in higher-tier areas, such as the 
hills or 
mountains.
