A clan of contoured petals upfold to a florid bowl. Sharp current climbs their filament and hops from anther to anther, while the dirt stutters under their digging roots.
An asphodelyte is a sapient mutated plant creature belonging to the Consortium of Phyta and flowers factions. 12 asphodelytes are always found accompanying 
Asphodel, Earl of Omonporch;[1][2][3] otherwise, they can only be encountered through dynamic encounters.
Asphodelytes begin neutral to the player, but will become hostile if provoked, namely if the player attacks them or a member of one of their factions within view of them. The asphodelytes found accompanying Asphodel will be followers to xem, and thus will attack anything that Asphodel is hostile towards.
Asphodelytes possess no weaponry or equipment of any kind, and will simply attack in melee with their "manipulators", which are equivalent to their fists. They possess 
Electrical Generation at mutation level 7 and 
Teleportation at level 10, which they will utilize in combat. Notably, asphodelytes have an electric resistance of 100, making them completely immune to electric damage; this means they cannot accidentally damage eachother when using Electrical Generation.[4]
