More often than not, their face hides below the broad brim of their lilypad helm, tilted forward in a light hunch earned from many hours of reading over many years. They move with the uncertain, anxious air of a being waiting for something entirely unknown.

Thah is the leader of a hidden slynth settlement called the hydropon, which appears in a random location within the Palladium Reef area. Exasperated at their inability to form a vibrant community, they give the player the diplomatic quest Landing Pads, charging the player to find other settlements who will accept slynth settlers. Upon completing that quest and returning to the hydropon, Thah rewards the player with a powerful and unique n-pointed asterisk.
