On activation, this item obliterates all nearby members of a faction chosen from among those that existed during the time of the sultanate.

When a relic of this type is activated, you choose the faction to which it applies (similar to a Schrodinger page from the Annals of Qud). Members of the chosen faction in the current zone are erased from existence. The relic is consumed after a single use.
