Stillbeard glands can be butchered from 
stillbeards. Players with the Meal Preparation skill can preserve stillbeard glands into 
stillbeard gland paste, a cooking ingredient that grants level 5 Stun Breath when cooked with. The gland can also be consumed directly, which causes the consumer to immediately expel a single burst of Stun Breath.
