qudzu stem
A stalk of red celery is floured in the abraded dust of centuries.
A qudzu stem is a food item that has a 15% chance to drop from killed 
qudzu plants.
They are not used for cooking. However, like all snacks, qudzu stems can be consumed to lengthen a current metabolizing cooking buff. They also have a non trivial commerce value which can be sold for a small amount of drams in the early game.
