Tongue twists can be obtained as random loot or by butchering a 
jumble of tongues, which is a rare "corpse" drop from 
tongue tyrants. A tongue twist can itself be preserved into several servings of 
fermented tongue.
Eating a 
tongue twist causes the creature ingesting the tongue twist to shoot outward a single, one-time instance of Sticky Tongue, pulling the nearest visible creature toward themselves.[1]
