Note that the {{Name}} does not make the player immune to the effects of the gas it produces, so a {{Favilink|vinewood sap mask}}, a {{Favilink|gas mask}}, or headwear [[fitted with filters]] is highly recommended. The gas will not be directly generated on the player's square, but will almost certainly spread to it.

==Tips==
* The {{name}} can be activated while held in a thrown weapon slot, allowing the player to equip a better weapon while still keeping the conch available.
* If the {{name}} is unequipped while producing gas, it will immediately stop. When re-equipped, it will immediately begin producing that same gas type again. This can be used to “bank” a desirable gas type for later.
* Because gas is only generated in the surrounding cells and not the cell the user currently is in, it is recommended to stay in the same spot where the conch was blown to avoid the majority of the effects of the gases.

    Gas Production

    Once equipped in the hand slot, the billowing conch of the Aji can manually activated through the abilities menu or the inventory screen, randomly producing one of the following types of gas in a 4 tile cone:[1][2]

    After activation, the billowing conch of the Aji goes on cooldown for 150 rounds.[3] This cooldown is affected by Willpower.
