It's the rare and beautiful blossom of a jilted lover vine.
A lover's blossom is a semi-rare item occasionally dropped by a 
jilted lover upon death.
While they can be eaten, lover's blossoms are far more useful in their role as ingredients in the tinkering recipes of 
ubernostrum injectors and 
love injectors.
