Upon eating a yondercane, the player is prompted for a location on the current screen to teleport to, like when using the Teleportation mutation. This makes it a valuable and nearly failsafe escape option, especially when held in an equipment slot for easy access when confused, or used with a 
yuckwheat stem for a confusion cure.
The presence of a normality field can suppress the teleportation effect granted by yondercane.
Yondercane can be harvested from 
yonderbrush plants if the player has the Harvestry skill.
