pentaceps is a lower cost feet-exclusive cybernetic which improves the range of the user's Charge by 4 tiles, allowing for charges of up to 7 tiles under normal circumstances. Unlike some other movement abilities such as Jump, charge requires a physical target in order to function, said target however is not limited to creatures, objects such as walls, dropped items

  • Charge can sometimes place the user in a worse position than before, especially if they are limited to weak light sources such as  torches or  symbiotic fireflies.
  • The additional often damage becomes less impactful as a run progresses.
  • Mostly only provides utility in combat.
  • Using charge as a positioning tool can be clunky, especially when charging at non-solid targets.
