phase harmonic modulator is a cybernetic that can be installed into any slot granting a togglable ability which allows the user to become omniphase at will.

While omniphase the user is capable of normally interacting with creatures who are currently out of phase. This interaction however is not one way, potentially making the user vulnerable to certain dangerous attacks such as the limb-dismembering serrated claws of the deadly while phased but otherwise harmless astral tabby.

Advantages & Disadvantages

Advantages

  • Low cost and instable into any slot, allowing for easy installation with little impact on the user's ability to use other implants.
  • Omniphase stasis and walls are capable of blocking phased enemies, letting the user immobilize or trap creatures which would otherwise be nearly impossible to contain.
  • Turning the cybernetic off or on is a free action, limiting potential risk from phased enemies.
