ultra-elastic ankle tendons is a moderate cost feet-exclusive cybernetic implant that upon installation increases the user's movement speed by 10.

The boost is for all intents and purposes considered a part of the user's baseline movement speed. This essentially means that effects which utilize the user's base movement speed, such as the percentage movement bonus provided by skulk injectors will take the implant's boost into account while calculating final speed total, as opposed to the extra movment speed provided by gear items such as rocket skates which is usually ignored.
