gun rack is a cybernetic implant that grants an additional pair of missile weapon slots. If the implantee also has the Akimbo skill, they will fire all equipped rifles and/or pistols simultaneously whenever they use the missile weapon fire action. Otherwise, the game fires only one weapon at a time, cycling through them for each separate attack.
