stabilizer arm locks are a cybernetic implant which, when installed in an arm cybernetic slot, makes the implanted creature more accurate with ranged attacks.

Presumably, this is done by locking the arm joints in place, preventing involuntary muscle movements from affecting the creature's aim.

They are one of the starting implants available when creating a True Kin character.
