Legendary Generation

Legendary goatfolk shamasal, like legendary snapjaw warlords have a unique generation method. In particular, how their names are generated alter stats or grant them mutations. They will have twice the HP as a normal goatfolk shaman and will also spawn with one armor from Armor 4 with a 50% chance to have a mod. In addition to armor, they will have one piece of junk from Junk 4 and one from Junk 4R. [2]
