Obliterate Faction
On activation, obliterate all visible members of a chosen faction from the sultanate.
When a relic of this type is activated, you choose the faction to which it applies (similar to a Schrodinger page from the Annals of Qud). Members of the chosen faction in the current zone are erased from existence.[1] The relic is consumed after a single use.
