The with gearbox mod adds mechanical power transmission components to a wall or similar object. This allows the wall to convey mechanical power through its tile and any connected walls with gearbox or exposed machinery, such as 
wooden machinery.

Joppa, one tile immediately north of the Joppa 
millstone.
