Serene visage: +1 Willpower and reduces the cooldown of Meditate by 40 rounds

A helmet that is modded with serene visage will take up its wearer’s face slot as well.

The mod improves the willpower of its wearer, and reduces the cooldown of Meditate.

Adding the serene visage mod has the additional effect of enabling the modded item to receive the mask-specific mod, fitted with filters, if it was not already eligible – for instance, if it's a hat.
