displacer is a weapon mod that forces a target to teleport away 1-4 spaces if their attack hits. This attack does not need to penetrate. Every time something is displaced, it will use up a charge of 250.
Because it uses an energy cell, This mod is vulnerable to EMP blasts.
This mod increases difficulty in examining an artifact by 3, and complexity to learn it by 3.
