intravenous port is a moderate cost cybernetic implant which, upon installation, effectively doubles the duration of all tonics. This includes luminous hoarshrooms, despite them not being injectors.

This effect stacks with itself: implanting N intravenous ports will multiply the duration of applied tonics by 2N in total.
