intravenous port is a moderate cost cybernetic implant which, upon installation, effectively doubles the duration of all tonics. This includes luminous hoarshrooms, despite them not technically being injectors.

The enhanced duration only applies to on-turn effects, activated abilities provided by certain tonics, such as the 7-9 turn Phasing from using shade oil injectors does not have it's duration lengthened, nor are addtional usable instances of the ability provided due to the longer duration,

This effect stacks with itself: implanting N intravenous ports will multiply the duration of applied tonics by 2N in total.
