cloning draught is a rare liquid that is able to clone any organic object by either pouring it on them or being consumed by it. An item or creature covered in cloning draught is homogenized.

Sources of Cloning Draught

Uses of Cloning Draught

  • Worth 1250 commerce a dram
  • Can clone creatures and items. (For more indepth information, see #Cloning.)

Cloning

You feel unsettlingly ambivalent.

To clone something, the cloning draught must be pure with no other liquids. It can be either poured on, drank, or cooked with.

Eligibility for Cloning

  • Creatures that can hunger and thirst
  • Not inorganic matter

Effects

Cloning a creature will apply the Budding effect to them. After a given amount of turns, a new clone of them will burst from the body, and a few blood splashes will spawn. If cooked with, 1 to 3 new clones will spawn over a period of turns.[1]

If the cloned creature is a merchant, they will spawn with an empty inventory, but will restock individually from the original.
