name is a mod that can be applied to missile weapons as well as grenades. These will attack objects and creatures of all types of phase, such as astral tabby while the attacker is in a different phase. Items tinkered up by the player will never automatically start as phase-harmonic.

Phase-harmonic can be applied to:
* Any grenade
* Any missile weapon that does not already have omniphase projectiles

If this is modded on a missile weapon, that missile weapon will require an energy cell if it didn't already, and use an additional 100 charge per shot.

Phase-harmonic is a mod that allows a weapon to affect both in-phase and out-of-phase targets. In other words, the weapon becomes omniphase.[1]

Phase-harmonic can be applied to:

Phase-harmonic grenades become omniphase immediately before they explode. They are not omniphase during a throw.
