Phase-Harmonic: This weapon can affect both in-phase and out-of-phase objects.

phase-harmonic is a mod that can be applied to missile weapons as well as grenades. These will attack objects and creatures of all types of phase, such as astral tabbies while the attacker is in a different phase. Items tinkered up by the player will never automatically start as phase-harmonic.

If this is modded on a missile weapon, that missile weapon will require an energy cell if it didn't already, and use an additional 100 charge per shot. Unidentified artifacts with this mod will have their difficulty increased by 2 and their complexity by 2.
