He attacks in melee with his sword and his horns, and at a distance with his Freezing Ray.
Equipment
Ualraig always comes equipped with chain mail, leather boots, and a vibro blade, which comes slotted with a fully charged chem cell. The vibro blade is a vibro weapon, meaning it's PV matches the AV value of the target it is being used against. It deals 1d101-10 (Avg: 5.5) damage.
Ualraig also has a chance of spawning with a random item from Junk 8 due to his level.[1] If this item is a weapon or piece of armor that occupies a slot filled by a piece of his default equipment, he will swap them out so long as the random item's stats are higher.
