acute blinking tic
There is a small chance each round that you randomly teleport to a nearby location.
When afflicted with acute blinking tic, the creature will have a 0.5% chance to lurch suddenly and blink away as if they have Blinking Tic (D). This distorts reality, so if there are normality fields nearby, this may cause damage to the inflicted.
The only thing that can inflict acute blinking tic is either / or, which has the effect last for 1,200 turns or one day.
