Its cylindric head is embellished with a frilly crest whose symbolism is unknown. It dutifully marches on a pair of chrome pistons toward its final purpose.
The phase cannon tinker is a turret tinker that creates 
phase cannon turrets and supplies them with the high-tier energy cells they require to function (generally 
antimatter cells).
The phase cannon tinker itself is not capable of attacking, and relies completely on its generated turrets for both offense and defense.
The phase cannon tinker can create a maximum of five turrets. Generated turrets do not grant any XP when destroyed. Only the phase cannon tinker grants experience when destroyed.
