Spaser rifles are high-penetration missile weapons which create a small cloud of damaging Plasma at the point of impact. This secondary effect makes nearby creatures vulnerable to heat and cold and rapidly destroys structural objects in a fashion similar to Corrosive gas.

Spaser rifles require one round to cool down after firing.
