This is a hidden objective that becomes active after 300-1500 turns. A random Girsh Nephilim can be found in the direction given in the announcement. If any Nephilim were killed before the battle, the Nephilim here will have whatever powers were absorbed.
Leaving the battlefield
Leaving the battlefield may give the Templar time to regroup and result in more Barathrumite casualties. Proceed? |
Leaving any of the 16 zones around the Spindle will prompt this message. If the message is ignored, the battle will reset.
Tips
- As
Barathrum the Old is an active follower throughout the quest, he bears a high risk of dying, especially if caught in a Nephilim's irisdual beam.
- Using
cloning draught, the player can ensure that at least one Barathrum will live to ascend the Spindle.
- Using
- The missile weapons of
temple mecha mk Ib and
temple mecha mk II fire lasers which penetrate forcefields, cannot be dodged, and can hit phased targets. While both of these beams can be refracted, wherever a mk II's beam lands becomes the center point for an explosion four turns later.
- Whilst Reclamation and its sibling quest become available after The Golem, albeit after the Golem is built, it's best to prepare and handle any unfinished business before accepting them. This is the time to acquire a sizeable party of companions if deemed necessary.
