Highly entropic beings are unknown entities who seem to be related to alternate dimensions. While there is only one unique creature in the faction, there are multiple sources that create them:
Evil Twin (D) – The twins are highly entropic beings.
shade oil injector overdose – This creates multiple shadow clones that are highly entropic beings.
gelatinous antiprisms – They create anti-clones of creatures that they are engulfing, which are highly entropic beings. However, their faction relationships are the same the original, save for being aggressive towards the cloned.
Gaining Reputation with Highly Entropic Beings
Possessing the 
Space-Time Vortex mutation grants +200 reputation.
Invoking the Chaos Spiel during the Spindle negotiation at 
Omonporch grants +300 reputation.
However, trying to use 
Precognition to wear the 
amaranthine prism and unequipping it by reverting the vision will decrease reputation by 100.
