Sources of Blood
- Bleeding will cause a puddle of blood to form near the bleeding subject.

- Short blades are particularly adept at creating pools of blood, because they also cause the bleeding effect when they make a critical hit, and can cause bleeding from regular hits if the attacker has the Bloodletter skill.
- Dismemberment, with axes or other methods, will quickly accumulate pools of blood.
- Walking through fractus will cause a creature to drop blood.
